Before joining The Gordon Agency, I held leadership roles with nationally recognized carriers, including Liberty Mutual (Safeco) and Farmers Insurance.
While my background in sales and agency operations has given me a deep understanding of the industry, what truly drives me is finding personalized, reliable solutions for every family and business I work with. I believe insurance is more than just a policy; it’s about the peace of mind that comes from knowing you’re truly protected.
When I’m not in our Eden Prairie office, I stay busy as a lifelong learner and an active member of our community. Giving back is a core value for me, and you’ll often find me volunteering with my church or supporting the Good in the ’Hood organization.

Mike has been in the insurance industry since 2004 and has experienced both the independent and direct writer side of the business. Prior to opening his independent agency, Mike owned an Allstate Agency. Utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge of the insurance industry, he’s better equipped to service all of your insurance needs. He’s married to Louann, and has 2 children, Samantha and Grant. In his personal time, Mike enjoys golfing and staying active.
